Forged One Wheels are meticulously crafted for performance enthusiasts on the hunt for lightweight wheels that perform beyond measure. Wheels are carefully designed to maximize load capacity, while minimizing weight, allowing vehicle owners the chance to strut on perfection. The forged wheels are made using the most technologically advanced wheel procedures available in the industry today.
Forged One Wheels possess such lightweight characteristics thanks to utilizing a full block of 6061 aluminum, which is placed under heavy pressure to create durable, strong, and most importantly, light wheels that are perfect for luxury vehicles and their performance abilities. Wheels are also designed with a unique center lock application, which makes them ideal for a wide range of European vehicles. Forged
All our wheels are Fully Forged. The wheel starts out as an aircraft grade solid cylinder of 6061 Aluminum. We pressurize the cylinder with an industry leading 10,000 tons of pressure to give the wheel its basic shape while improving the grain structure and overall properties of the high grade aluminum. Absolutely no porosity and a densely organized microstructure to allow for amazing designs, weight, and strength.
Flow Form
Flow forming is popular today due to the increased density of the wheel rim that is spun forged like a vase. Pricing is still within the budget of most race / track enthusiasts. The issue is that a flow formed wheel starts out as a casting with a casting grade aluminum (A356). There is still potential for porosity, but it is a definite improvement over a completely casted wheel.
Cast
Most wheels in the world are manufactured using this method. Molten aluminum (A356) is poured into a mold to create the complete wheel shape. It’s the cheapest method to make wheels and its pretty adequate for the street as long as it is made well. However, when it comes to performance / track settings the potential porosity of the wheel, especially on lower end cast wheels may cause cracks which is dangerous. Imagine pouring pancake batter into a bowl, you see air bubbles form.

Forged One wheels provide stylish matching Forged Aluminum caps on every wheels as standard option. All of the Forged caps are CNC Milled from Aluminum block and combination of shot peen and paint finishes are applied for maximum durability and still retains the details
F.E.A Simulation
Forged One wheels can be used with the vehicle’s OEM center cap for Porsche, BMW and Tesla models, allowing maximum style for performance enthusiasts who want to keep their car modern, yet stylish.
CNC Milled Description
Each Forged One Wheels have CNC Milled description of the specification at the inner rim flange. This identifies each wheels are manufactured to specific vehicle fitment and ease of identification.
Maximum Concavity
Forged One provides maximum concavity of each targeted vehicle application. Every profile of the wheels are designed to maximize the concavity of the spoke by reviewing each vehicle brake caliper clearance requirement.
CNC Milled Logo
Forged One logo is CNC Milled in to each design of the wheels. This process gives dominant presence and recognition of the branding. After the CNC Milling process, the clear coat gets applied and provides finish protection on the Milled section
Weight Reduction
Every section of the wheels have been optimized to reduce unnecessary unsprung weight and rotational mass to maximize the performance. By doing so, the Braking and handling performance is maximized as well as the standing still acceleration and in Gear acceleration is enhanced. Weight reduction process is taken from F.E.A. Analysis to find where the weight can be minimized while, the strength and structure is still maintained.
OEM Center Cap
Forged One wheels can be used with the OEM center cap of Tesla, BMW and Porsche vehicles, allowing maximum style for performance enthusiasts who want to keep their car modern, yet stylish.
Big Brake caliper Application
Forged One wheels are built to be application specific. We consider the correct tire size, performance and the look of the vehicle in order to ensure that the wheels not only perform well, but also look good.
Knurled Bead Seat Machining
All Forged One wheels feature a standard gear cut beat seat. This provide improvement the bind that lies between the rim and the tire to prevent any tire slippage and/or creep while also improving traction. This knurled bead seat gear cut is provided both inner and outer section of each wheels
